The Powder Girl Team Helps to Make Cycle for Survival Fundraiser a Huge Success!
A big thank you to all our clients, friends and family that supported our ride in the Cycle for Survival fundraiser on Sunday, February 13th. The Powder Girl team raised close to $2700 while the entire satellite event raised $140,000! We really enjoyed the event and look forward to participating again next year.

Cycle for Survival Coming Sunday, February 13th 2011
Help The Powder Room to Raise Money for Research of Rare Cancers
Girls, we need your help to raise money for rare cancers at Memorial Sloan-Kettering hospital through the Cleveland Cycle for Survival Event. The event, held on February 13, 2011 at the Solon Recreational Center at 3500 Portz Parkway in Solon, Ohio will take place from 1-5. Cycle for Survival was started in New York and then was brought to Cleveland by Stacy Starkoff to raise awareness, funding, and hope for those affected by these not so rare cancers.
The Powder Room will have a team at the Mission Cleveland event at the Solon Recreational Center and you are welcome to donate by going HERE. Every dollar raised will go directly to the rare cancer center at Memorial Sloan-Kettering.
Come on girls! We know you can do it! Help Us Save Lives.

The Powder Room’s 3rd Anniversary Party, Fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen 3Day for the Cure, and launch of our new productline–Hourglass Cosmetics–was a great evening and fantastic fund raising success! Thank you to all our friends and customers who stopped in to sample delicious treats courtesy of Flemming’s Prime Steakhouse, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar, Gatherings Kitchen, and Mary Carla Cupcakes. Your generosity was truly appreciated. Between the Powder Room Donating 10% of the sales for the day and the raffle and silent auction we raised more than $2700 for the Susan G. Komen 3Day for the Cure!
